NZeroC AI Safety Alerts: SMS consent

N0C Tech Inc. d/b/a NZeroC AI sends NZeroC AI Safety Alerts by SMS only to employees and contractors whose mobile numbers their organization's administrator has enrolled in the NZeroC AI console. Each text is a workplace safety alert (for example, a missing hard hat or a person in a restricted zone) with a link to acknowledge it. Message frequency varies with safety events at the site. We never send marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply.

How a number is enrolled

1. An organization administrator signs in to the NZeroC AI console.
2. The administrator opens Settings > Users (or a safety rule's SMS recipients).
3. The administrator enters the person's mobile number.
4. The administrator confirms the consent statement shown with the number (see the form below).
5. The first text sent to the number is the disclosure message listed under Messages.
